Affiliate terms

The offer

Affiliates earn 40% of eligible subscription revenue attributable to a newly referred customer’s first two subscription months. Revenue is based on successful payments after discounts, excluding taxes. Annual payments are allocated proportionately; only the first two months’ value qualifies. Prorations follow the eligible service period.

Attribution

The first eligible referral link is retained for 30 days. A customer must create a new account within that period. Existing customers, self-referrals, abusive traffic, impersonation and spam are ineligible. Cancelling and restarting a subscription does not restart the commission window.

Earnings and payouts

Commissions are held for 30 days after payment. You may request your available balance through the dashboard. A request reserves that balance and is shown as pending until reviewed. Gen sends payouts manually, using your affiliate account email to arrange the details. A pending request is not confirmation that funds have been transferred.

Refunds and disputes reduce earnings and may offset future earnings if already paid. Payments with post-payment credit notes are held for review. Unpaid invoices, free access and taxes do not earn commission. We may reject requests or suspend participation for suspected abuse, mistakes or ineligible referrals.

Your responsibilities

Use truthful descriptions of Gen and disclose your affiliate relationship when sharing links. You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising and tax obligations. Keep your account secure and provide payment information only through a verified communication with Gen. Never send card or bank credentials through your referral link.

Changes

Changes to the program apply prospectively. Valid recorded earnings remain subject to refund, dispute and eligibility adjustments. Contact Gen through gen.new with questions.
